Sesame-Ginger Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 bottle Growing Season Ginger Smack Dressing

  • 1 ½ tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken to a large bowl or plastic Ziploc bag. Add the Ginger Smack to cover every piece of chicken evenly. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

  3. Place the chicken and the marinade in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

  4. In a small bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over the chicken and toss to coat.

  5. Bake covered for 40-45 minutes, until brown and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Serve with white rice and enjoy!
